RetailBook is pleased to announce its role as Retail Offer Co-ordinator for the Princes Group plc IPO on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The transaction raised approximately £400 million, resulting in a market capitalisation of approximately £1.16 billion.
The retail offer, which ran from 22-30 October 2025, saw strong demand from individual investors, with a minimum investment of £250 per person. Princes Group’s admission to trading marked a significant moment for the US capital markets, bringing one of Britain’s most iconic food and beverage companies to the public market.
